The peeled cannabis seeds are soft, very wholesome and can be integrated into almost any dish. Especially children love cannabis seeds, so that this omega-3 fatty acid source can be well integrated into the child's diet.
The included alpha-linolenic acid helps to maintain a normal cholesterol play gel. Note that the positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 2 g alpha-linolenic acid. With two tablespoons shelled hemp seeds (25 g) cover this recommended daily intake.

The hemp seeds from Austrian cultivation are carefully peeled by machine in our production plant in Heidenreichstein, so that fatty acid patterns and protein are preserved.
